RENT PAYMENTS

Make paying rent easier by setting up Auto Pay through your bank!


ALL Rents are due on the 1st day of each month.

Acceptable forms of payment: Money Order, Personal Check or Cashiers Checks.


AFTER HOURS/WEEKEND PAYMENTS:  USE DROP BOX

Please make sure all payments are in a sealed envelope with your current contact information.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE / EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE

Please submit a maintenance request  below. Be sure to include your current contact information as well as a detailed report of the maintenance issue you are experiencing.


AFTER HOURS/EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE:

 Dial (559) 583-8640,  you will be prompted to dial the emergency maintenance number.

VACATING THE PREMISES

All tenants are required to submit a written Thirty Day Notice to our office prior to vacating the premises. Tenants are responsible for the last months rent, any balances due as well as having all carpets professionally cleaned .
